**Job Summary**:
The Facility Executive - Soft Services will be responsible for the management and supervision of all soft services operations in the facility. This includes overseeing housekeeping, hygiene, pest control, waste management, and other support services to ensure a clean, safe, and efficient working environment for all employees, clients, and visitors.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Housekeeping & Hygiene Management**: Supervise and ensure the cleanliness of the building, including offices, common areas, restrooms, and meeting rooms. Monitor daily cleaning activities and manage housekeeping teams.
- **Pest Control**: Coordinate and schedule regular pest control services to maintain a hygienic and pest-free environment.
- **Waste Management**: Oversee waste segregation, collection, and disposal. Ensure compliance with waste disposal policies and environmental regulations.
- **Security Services**: Work closely with the security team to ensure safety protocols are followed, including monitoring visitor access, key control, and emergency response procedures.
- **Vendor Management**: Liaise with external vendors and service providers for the delivery of soft services. Ensure that contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to.
- **Budget Management**: Assist in managing the budget for soft services and ensure cost-efficiency in service delivery.
- **Health & Safety Compliance**: Ensure that all soft services meet health and safety standards, and that risk assessments and audits are conducted regularly.
- **Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain records of service activities, report on key performance indicators (KPIs), and manage feedback from clients to improve service delivery.
- **Customer Service**: Act as the point of contact for staff and clients regarding soft services and handle complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in facility management, particularly in soft services.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping, waste management, and security operations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Experience managing soft service teams.
- Vendor negotiation and management skills.
- Understanding of sustainability practices in facility management.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
