IT Recruiter

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand technical job requirements from hiring managers.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic/video/in-person).
- Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with internal teams and clients.
- Conduct salary negotiations and follow up through the entire hiring process till onboarding.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in IT recruitment and emerging technologies.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
- 0-6 months of proven experience as an IT Recruiter (in-house or agency).
- Strong knowledge of IT technologies (such as Java,.NET, PHP, Python, MERN, Cloud, etc.) — enough to assess resumes.
- Experience using sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
- Good understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.

**Preferred**:

- Experience in IT services or product-based company hiring.
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools.
