Business Coach (Client Success + Sales) — Million Rupee Dietitian (MRD)

**Reports to**: Program Director (MRD)
**Compensation**: Competitive base + performance incentives (OTE up to ₹5,00,000 within Year 1 for top performers)

Why this role exists

MRD helps dietitians, nutritionists, and health coaches scale to ₹3L/month with a 4-month consulting program (+2 months support), weekly hot seats, private feedback, milestone maps, and DFY systems. Your job is to ensure clients _implement_, _win_, and _ascend_ into higher-level offers.

What you’ll own (outcomes over activities)
- **Daily Client Progress & Accountability**:

- Review client work _every day_ (content, offers, funnels, scripts, trackers).
- Drive implementation against the **120-Day Milestone Map**; remove blockers fast.
- **Weekly Coaching & Community Energy**:

- Lead **1 Hot Seat** per week (from the 2 weekly sessions) focused on execution, objections, and offer/content audits.
- Be the “calm push”—soft-spoken yet firm, inspiring disciplined action.
- **Private Feedback & Relationship Building**:

- Run 1:1 feedback loops (DM/CRM) so clients feel seen, corrected, and celebrated.
- Build trust that naturally leads to **renewals and ascension** into next-level programs.
- **Sales Support & Closures**:

- Run strategic follow-ups using MRD’s **DM-to-Cash** and **Closing Scripts**.
- **Commission Rule**: Eligible for 10% commission _only if_ you close **≥5 clients in a month** (no commission below 5).
- **Quality of Delivery**:

- Ensure clients use MRD assets: offer blueprints, webinar system, content calendar, scripts vault, and organic lead flows.
- **Reporting & Insights**:

- Weekly pipeline, adoption, and risk reports; monthly cohort health + upsell plans.

Day-in-the-life (cadence)
- **Daily**: Review client submissions; DM/CRM follow-ups; micro-audits (profile, offers, reels, hooks, lead magnets); nudge non-compliant clients.
- **Weekly**: Run 1 Hot Seat; publish “wins & fixes” digest; update implementation leaderboard; collaborate with marketing for win-stories.
- **Monthly**: Renewal/ascension planning; run “Offer & Content” audits for at-risk clients; contribute to curriculum improvements.

Must-have experience
- 3-6 years in **business coaching / client success / sales coaching** for coaching, agency, or edtech programs.
- Proven record driving **implementation, renewals, and upsells**.
- Confident running **group hot seats** and **1:many** coaching rooms.
- Fluent with CRM follow-ups, objection handling, and pipeline hygiene.

Nice-to-have
- Exposure to organic marketing on Instagram/Facebook, webinars, and DM sales.
- Experience coaching health/wellness professionals (dietitians/nutritionists).

Tools you’ll use

Messenger/CRM for DM workflows, client trackers, content calendars, offer checklists, webinar & closing scripts, and milestone dashboards. (You’ll be trained on MRD’s **Scripts & Systems Vault**.)

KPIs (what success looks like)
- **Implementation**: ≥80% clients complete weekly action items; milestone adherence.
- **Client Results**: Offer published, content cadence hit, leads generated, calls booked, revenue closed per client.
- **Engagement**: Hot seat attendance & satisfaction; cohort NPS ≥ 9.
- **Sales**:≥5 paid closures/month** (then 10% commission applies); renewal & ascension rates.
- **Retention**: Drop-off and “silent” client rate trending down month-over-month.

Growth & Earnings
- Structured training + clear promotion path; **top performers can reach ₹5,00,000 OTE within Year 1** through base + incentives + commissions (per policy above).
