**Service Coach - Delhi**

Currently, We are looking to fill the position of **Service Coach**:
**What is the role About?**
- The responsibilities of this position will include:_
- Analyse Dealership operations and current status.
- Present Dealership assessment to Dealership Management.
- Develop gap analysis and action plan to achieve Manufacturers and
dealerships key objectives.
- Implement best practice processes within the Dealership.
- Coach and train key Dealership personnel.
- Monitor, evaluate and report upon Dealership progress.
- Plan and complete project deliverables.
- Develop, fine tune and validate program material as required.
- Identification of additional business opportunities.
- Any other reasonable duties that are relevant or appropriate to this
role as directed.

Who we are looking for?_**
- Experience working in the aftersales department of a dealership
(preferably franchised).
- Proven dealership parts & service background.
- Knowledge of workshop and parts processes.
- Understanding of Dealership operations and key challenges.
- Language required English and Punjabi/Haryanvi.
- Be proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential

- 5 days traveling in a month
- 6 days working
