**Position Title**: Wellness Consular
**Job Overview**:
The Wellness Counselor will provide personalized guidance and support to clients, helping them achieve their health and wellness goals through tailored plans and continuous motivation. The role involves client consultation, program recommendation, and regular follow-ups to ensure progress and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Consultation**:

- Conduct one-on-one consultations to understand client needs, health concerns, and wellness goals.
- Perform assessments to determine physical and mental health status, lifestyle habits, and areas of improvement.
- **Program Development**:

- Design personalized wellness plans based on client needs, including diet, fitness, and lifestyle adjustments.
- Recommend relevant wellness programs and services offered by the organization.
- **Counseling & Motivation**:

- Provide continuous motivation and guidance to clients to help them adhere to their wellness plans.
- Address client concerns and offer solutions to overcome barriers to wellness goals.
- **Monitoring Progress**:

- Track and document client progress through regular follow-ups and updates.
- Adjust wellness plans as necessary to meet evolving client needs.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with other professionals like nutritionists, fitness trainers, and therapists to provide a holistic approach to wellness.
- Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and improve service quality.
- **Education & Workshops**:

- Conduct workshops and seminars on wellness topics, such as stress management, healthy eating, and mindfulness.
- Stay updated with the latest wellness trends and research to educate clients effectively.
- **Reporting**:

- Maintain detailed client records and prepare reports on progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

**Key Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and the ability to connect with clients.
- Strong knowledge of health, wellness, and nutrition.
- Analytical skills for client assessment and progress tracking.
- Motivational and counseling skills.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, Nutrition, Health Sciences, or a related field.
- Certification in counseling, health coaching, or a relevant wellness domain (preferred).
- Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
