Introduction:

- A communication coach is primarily involved in listening to calls and evaluating customer interactions with the frontline at BPMS.
- Their prime task is to identify area of opportunity based in communication, soft skills and behavioural/cultural gaps and help plug them through a structured coaching intervention.

What will you be doing?
- Call Listening & Feedback Sharing
- Performance Coaching for the frontline based on identified opportunity areas to improve NPS performance
- Training Delivery
- Delivery of up-skilling/new learning modules
- MI Collation & Reporting
- Preparation of dashboards depicting weekly performance
- Drive contests and activities within BPMS using the available budget - Daily / weekly and monthly

What we’re looking for:

- Minimum B2 12 English Language Fluency(CEF)
- Under-Graduate/Post-Graduate in any discipline (Fresher’s applicable however preferably Graduate Fresher)
- Flexibility in hours of work and ability to work changing shifts patterns

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Experience of working in a customer facing service environment
