The Center Manager will oversee daily operations, including staff management, member engagement, and ensuring the seamless execution of fitness programs. Responsibilities include maintaining operational efficiency, addressing customer feedback, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and driving the center's performance metrics. The Center Manager will also play a key role in fostering a positive and energetic environment for both the team and members.QualificationsLeadership and team management skills, with experience in motivating and managing diverse teamsCustomer service and communication skills to ensure excellent member engagementOrganizational and operational skills to handle daily center operations efficientlyProblem-solving and conflict-resolution abilitiesKnowledge of fitness programs or experience in the fitness industry is beneficialProficiency in using technology platforms and tools relevant to fitness center managementBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related field is preferred
