**Looking for Graduate with 8-10 years of experience with diploma in interior designing/project management(preferred) in roll-out retail stores, centers, clinics etc of 1000 sq. ft. and above. Well versed with all the aspects of civil and interiors work. Job requires minimum travel of 12-15 days in a month.** - Responsible for seamless roll-out of new CHC canter across the country. - Property identification and short-listing. - Execution of LOI, agreements as per the agreed terms & conditions. - Architect/Vendor shortlisting as per company SOPs. - Co-ordinating with architects/ interior for finalization of layouts, BOQ’s, HVAC, electrical, drawings, plumbing etc. - Getting budget approvals from management for project execution. - Travel to all the under construction sites, monitor work progress as per set timelines. - Ensure the centers are ready for operations within the given time frame. - Identify and deploy local housekeeping agency. - Local equipment procurement such as electronics, stationary, house-keeping etc - Finalize local vendors for daily supplies of water, milk etc. - In center branding & main signage execution. - Ensuring complete readiness with respect to medicine stocks, IT infra internet for the grand launch of the center. - Preparing snag list of issues from project work which needs to be completed by various project vendors. - First level audit of project bill in line with execution/material used and work completed. - Be the SPOC for all infra related issues of all the existing centre and ensure smooth execution of maintenance of all existing centers. Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month Schedule: - Day shift Work Location: In person
