Design Bee Studio is seeking a talented and creative junior Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a junior supervisor, you will play a crucial role in translating conceptual ideas into detailed drawings and visual representations that guide the execution of interior design projects.

**Roles and Responsibility**
- Ensure the working drawing and other layouts are as per the actual site dimension.
- Official formalities of the property need to be filled in, coordinated with the client/facility manager and complete it before starting the project work. Understand rules and regulation of the property and ensure all contractors and their labours comply with the same.
- Aligning all the contractors before project execution, informing them about their starting & target dates of the project work.
- Ensure alignment of the materials for the project work is well planned ahead project schedule.
- Detailed drawing of entire project needs to be clarified from the design team and ensure all the contractors are well briefed before starting their work at the property.
- The project schedule needs to be reported and updated with plan of action to project manager on daily basis.
- All execution related issues need to be identified, reported to project manager and solved before starting any work.
- Ensure workmen protocols of Design Bee Studio are well explained to contractor and the same is followed by the contractors and their labours in the site. A supervisor must monitor discipline in an ongoing project as a representative of DBS and in case any major dispute must be reported to management.
- Regular site work updates to be sent to project internal group.
- Check the quality of labour work at the site and inform in case any quality issues.
- Collect challan and bills of material in a file and submit to the office during project handover.
- Encourage teamwork between contractors in any given project.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in the field Interior Design or architecture.
- Basic Technical Knowhow and understanding of interior project site work
- Able to understand and implement technical drawing at project site to use.

**Salary**:

- 8,000 -12,000

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
