**Junior Quality Control Officer (FMCG)**

**Location**: _Beliaghata_
**Department**: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
**Reports to**: QC Supervisor / QA Manager
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct routine quality checks on raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
- Assist in implementing quality control procedures and protocols.
- Collect and test product samples to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Record and report non-conformities or deviations to QC Supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of inspection results.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), HACCP, ISO, and other relevant standards.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized laboratory/testing area.
- Collaborate with production and packaging teams to resolve quality issues.
- Support internal and external audits as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a QC/QA role, preferably in the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience using basic lab equipment (pH meter, moisture analyzer, etc.)
- Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS).
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,500.00 - ₹13,800.00 per month
