Role Overview:
We're looking for a
Junior Merchandiser
to support our Senior Merchandiser in coordinating
sampling, production, and internal workflows
for leather bags.
This role is ideal for someone who's detail-oriented, eager to learn, and passionate about leather manufacturing and export processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and tracking product samples as per client specifications.
- Coordinate with internal teams — sampling, sourcing, cutting, production, and QC — to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain production trackers, order updates, and material follow-ups using Excel or ERP.
- Support in preparing cost sheets, purchase orders, and internal reports.
- Monitor quality checkpoints and highlight any deviations to the Senior Merchandiser.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Fashion, or Business.
- 0–2 years of experience in merchandising or production coordination (leather goods preferred).
- Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of ERP tools is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and teamwork skills.
- Passion for product development and manufacturing.
