An interior design firm "Decoimagination" based in Rajarhat, Kolkata is looking to hire urgently a **Junior Interior Designer **(Autocad drafting and detailed drawings of projects).

**Only People Staying in North Kolkata will be given priority for the interview.**

**SKILLS REQUIRED:

- **
- Produces sketches, drawings, and floor plans to illustrate concepts and finalized projects using computer-aided design (CAD), hand drawing skills, and detailed drawings.
- Provides follow-up support with customers.
- Create and present an idea board to communicate the design concept to the client.
- Work with clients to define project requirements and develop design criteria.
- Define project requirements and schedule during the “brief”.
- Create estimates, and project budgets and maintain up-to-date documentation of all activities.
- Responsible for weekly review meetings with intern designers, supervisors, and other concerned persons.
- Monitor site/location to ensure that the progress of the project and fit-out is in line with the plans.
- Manage relationships with multiple stakeholders to achieve timely completion of the projects.
- Research and follow industry changes, evolutions, and best practices.
- Creative talent, imagination, and eye for detail.
- Project Planning, Scheduling, and Certification
- Experienced Drafting (mandatory)

**What you will bring-**
- Experience for Junior Interior Designer - 1 to 4 years of relevant interior design experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
- AutoCAD proficiency, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator, or other design programs
- Proven working experience in decorating interior spaces (consultations, renovations, space planning, and new constructions)
- An interest in changing trends in design.
- Communication and Presentation skills.
- Project and office management skills.
- Creative Talent, Imagination, and eye for design.

**Salary**: From ₹8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
