Junior Supervisor is overseeing the shipment of biospecimen samples from hospital sites in the Kolkata area to company or clients. Observing the process of producing, analyzing and storing the samples, and ensuring the use of the right equipment, protocols, and packing procedures. Excellent communication with company offices in the U.S. in English a must. This position is a mixture between working from home and traveling to hospitals, laboratories, and shipping facilities, so flexibility with work hours is required.

Education: At least Bachelor's degree in a life sciences field.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of academic, commercial, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry experience or equivalent; work time spent in a hospital or laboratory a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of clinical and biomedical research.
- Fluent in local Kolkata languages & English is a must.
- Flexibility to work according to India & U.S. time zones.
- Travel required when needed; must have driver’s license.
- Possess excellent oral & written communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹8,699.73 - ₹35,839.33 per month
