
Primary Coordinator

**Curriculum Development and Implementation**:
- Work closely with teachers and curriculum specialists to develop and implement a comprehensive and cohesive curriculum for the primary school division.
- Ensure alignment of curriculum standards, objectives, and assessments with educational best practices and local regulations.
- **Instructional Leadership**:
- Provide instructional leadership and support to primary school teachers, including mentoring, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
- Promote innovative teaching methodologies, differentiated instruction, and effective use of instructional technology to enhance student learning outcomes.
- **Academic Planning and Assessment**:
- Coordinate the development and implementation of assessment strategies and tools to monitor student progress and academic achievement.
- Analyze assessment data to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address student learning needs.
- **Student Support Services**:
- Collaborate with special education teachers, counselors, and support staff to ensure the provision of appropriate support services for students with diverse learning needs.
- Monitor student academic and social-emotional progress, and facilitate interventions and referrals as needed.
- **Parent and Community Engagement**:
- Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the broader community through effective communication, outreach activities, and parent education initiatives.
- Solicit feedback from stakeholders and incorporate input into decision-making processes related to curriculum, programs, and school policies.
- **Administrative Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day administrative operations of the primary school division, including scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulations, and maintain accurate records and documentation related to student enrollment, attendance, and academic performance.
- **Professional Development**:
- Facilitate professional development opportunities for primary school staff to enhance their instructional skills, content knowledge, and leadership abilities.
- Stay abreast of current trends, research, and best practices in primary education and incorporate new ideas into professional development offerings.
- **School Improvement Initiatives**:
- Lead or participate in school-wide initiatives and committees focused on improving student achievement, school climate, and overall school effectiveness.
- Collaborate with school leadership team members to develop and implement strategic plans and goals for continuous improvement.
- **Student Enrichment and Extracurricular Activities**:
- Coordinate and support a variety of student enrichment programs, extracurricular activities, and special events to enhance the overall educational experience and promote student engagement and school pride.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:
- Foster a culture of collaboration, teamwork, and professional growth among primary school staff, and facilitate effective communication and collaboration across grade levels and departments.
- Serve as a liaison between the primary school division, school administration, and other stakeholders to promote alignment of goals, priorities, and initiatives.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
