About The Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused School Admission Counsellor to manage the student admission lifecycle and serve as the main point of contact for parents and prospective students for one of our clients

  • Primary responsibilities: handle enquiries, guide applicants through the admission process, and support enrolment targets.
  • Work closely with academic and administrative teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for students.
  • Participate in outreach and promotional activities to increase student intake.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end admission enquiries (phone, email, in-person, and online).
  • Conduct school tours, one-on-one counselling sessions, and timely follow-ups to convert leads.
  • Maintain accurate admission records, enquiry logs, and generate daily/weekly reports.
  • Coordinate with teachers, administration, and finance teams to facilitate admissions and student onboarding.
  • Support and participate in school events, outreach programs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Provide clear information about curriculum, policies, fee structure, and available facilities.
  • Help design and implement strategies to improve enrolment and parent engagement.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a School Admission Counsellor or Public Relations Officer (PRO), or similar role.

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confident engagement with parents and students; strong counselling and presentation skills.
  • Customer-service mindset with persuasive follow-up abilities.
  • Basic computer skills (MS Office); experience with CRM tools preferred.
  • Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Fluency in English is a must

Location / Relocation

Candidates currently residing in Warangal or willing to relocate will be preferred.

Relocation Support

Outstationed candidate will be provided with accommodation as a benefit.
