As an Academic Counselor, you will play a pivotal role in building relationships with parents, supporting the admissions process, and contributing to the school’s vibrant community.

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Engage with prospective parents, understand their requirements, and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of the school’s curriculum and present it effectively to potential parents.
- Prepare and manage reports required by the management, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Utilize **MyClassBoard (MCB)** for managing student data and generating reports (training will be provided).
- Plan and organize various school events, including admission campaigns, parent orientations, and community-building activities.
- Manage the school’s social media platforms to enhance digital engagement and visibility.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to provide administrative support and contribute to a cohesive team environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education/Management preferred).**:

- **Experience**: 2-4 years in counseling, admissions, or school management.
- Familiarity with **MyClassBoard** or similar school management software is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (proficiency in local languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage events and administrative responsibilities efficiently.

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
