**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Effective Classroom Teaching**:

- Teach Mathematics to students in **Grades 1-5** using engaging and activity-based methods.
- Use creative teaching techniques, including hands-on activities, storytelling, puzzles, and problem-solving exercises to make math fun and interactive.
- **Student Development & Support**:

- Assess students' learning progress through formative and summative assessments.
- Provide individual attention to students who need additional support in understanding concepts.
- Foster a growth mindset among students, encouraging logical reasoning and analytical thinking.
- **Curriculum Development & Assessment**:

- Continuously update teaching strategies to incorporate the latest educational methodologies.
- Design worksheets, quizzes, and assessments to track student progress and reinforce learning.
- Collaborate with the academic team to enhance the curriculum based on student needs and performance analysis.
- **Parent & Teacher Coordination**:

- Communicate with parents regarding student performance, strengths, and areas of improvement.
- Participate in **Parent-Teacher Meetings (PTMs)** to provide feedback on students’ academic progress.
- **Technology & Innovation in Teaching**:

- Integrate technology into lesson plans using **educational apps, interactive whiteboards, and digital tools** to enhance student engagement.
- Maintain student records and reports digitally using school management software.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- **B.Sc. (Mathematics) with B.Ed.** OR **M.Sc. (Mathematics) with B.Ed.**:

- **Experience**:2-4 years** of teaching experience in a reputed school.
- Strong knowledge of primary-level Mathematics concepts.
- Excellent command over English (spoken and written), with English studied both during schooling and undergraduate education.
- Proficiency in using **Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)** and digital teaching tools.
- Passion for teaching young learners with a student-centered approach.

**Salary Range**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month
