**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implement enterprise-level Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and best practices.
- Lead integrations between Salesforce (Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Commerce Cloud) and third-party systems using APIs, MuleSoft, and ETL tools.
- Define data models, security architecture, and governance policies to ensure optimal performance.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor Salesforce developers and admins.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 8+ years of Salesforce experience with at least 3+ years in an Architect role.
- Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.).
- Strong experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Commerce Cloud.
- Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL, and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience in Salesforce integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Middleware tools).
- Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Marketing Cloud Consultant, or Technical Architect are a plus.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD for Salesforce deployments.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to lead technical discussions and solution designs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio).
- Knowledge of Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and Einstein Analytics.
- Understanding of multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and best practices.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
