We are seeking a highly experienced **Solution Architect - Salesforce CPQ** with a solid background in designing and implementing technical solutions within the telecommunications domain.

As a key leader, you will drive the technical vision, guide teams, and ensure scalable and optimized Salesforce CPQ integrations aligned with business objectives.

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the technical direction and provide expert guidance to technical teams for Salesforce CPQ integrations and system quality
- Communicate effectively with client managers and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business needs
- Mentor and educate technical teams to adopt new frameworks and follow industry best practices
- Shape solution designs by analyzing business requirements and platform limitations
- Evaluate emerging technologies to find innovative solutions for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and manage technological risks effectively
- Translate design concepts into IT operations for seamless implementation of technical solutions
- Ensure data integrity and optimize processes for scalability and reliability in system integrations
- Deliver enhancements and new functionalities while maintaining system performance through optimization efforts

**Requirements**:

- 10 to 15 years of experience in technology architecture and solutions delivery
- Expertise in Salesforce platform and CPQ with deep understanding of its capabilities and limitations
- Background in telecommunications domain or similar technical environments
- Skills in solving platform limitations, translating business needs into solutions, and analyzing technical requirements
- Proficiency in leading large teams and implementing scalable technical solutions
- Strong English communication skills (B2+) for collaborating with diverse teams and clients
- Capability to manage tight deadlines, stay focused under pressure, and make informed decisions

**Nice to have**
- Knowledge of integrating Salesforce CPQ with complex external systems
- Familiarity with advanced data engineering techniques and optimization strategies
- Understanding of Salesforce ecosystems beyond CPQ module and related products
