We are seeking a strategic and innovative **Business Solution Architect** specializing in Salesforce Sales Cloud to join our team.

This role blends functional expertise, technical acumen, and collaboration skills to design and implement efficient Salesforce solutions tailored to meet our clients' business goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Act as a functional and technical leader for Salesforce Sales Cloud projects
- Facilitate discovery and working sessions to identify business needs and pain points
- Engage with stakeholders, delivery teams, and product owners to design and deliver optimal solutions
- Translate business requirements into detailed user stories and Salesforce-based solutions
- Define and track business outcomes and success criteria
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to align client needs with Salesforce capabilities
- Produce solution design documents covering capability maps, system architecture, and data flows
- Collaborate with Technical Architects to align functional designs with technical requirements
- Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates for proposed solutions and explain associated risks and benefits
- Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to build capability and platform roadmaps
- Deliver thought leadership on operational improvements using Salesforce best practices
- Establish trusted advisor relationships with customers and maintain strong communication

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of Salesforce experience or equivalent
- Knowledge of Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator and specialized cloud certifications
- Proficiency in solution designing and translating business requirements into actionable plans
- Skills in requirements gathering and user story development
- Strong presentation and communication skills tailored for various audience levels
- Familiarity with fit-gap analysis, capability documentation, and Salesforce configuration
