
Guest Relations Executive

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is enjoyable.
Birthday Party Organization: Coordinate and organize birthday parties for customers in the gaming section. This includes handling inquiries, booking arrangements, coordinating with the gaming staff, arranging decorations, and ensuring a smooth and memorable event.
School Trip Coordination: Collaborate with schools and educational institutions to arrange visits to the gaming section for school trips. Coordinate with teachers, administrators, and the gaming staff to create an engaging and educational experience for students.
Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing special events and promotions within the gaming section, such as tournaments, gaming competitions, or themed events. Ensure proper setup, coordination, and management of these events.
Guest Assistance: Provide information, guidance, and assistance to guests regarding the gaming section, including game rules, pricing, available services, and any other queries they may have.
Complaint Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues to the satisfaction of the guests. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude at all times.
Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services, packages, or merchandise available in the gaming section, aiming to increase sales and upsell to customers.
Safety and Security: Ensure the safety and security of guests within the gaming area. Follow established protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment for everyone.
Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties such as maintaining records, managing reservations, preparing reports, and handling cash transactions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Basic computer literacy for administrative tasks
- Knowledge of gaming activities and equipment (desirable)
- Experience in event planning or hospitality (preferred)
- Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
