Job Title: Guest Relation Executive (Female)

Location: Trivandrum

**Salary**: 10k to 15k

**Responsibilities**:
Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
Ensure that guests receive speedy and attentive service.
Respond promptly to guest inquiries and complaints, and escalate any issues to the appropriate department if necessary.
Maintain a neat and tidy front desk area.
Provide guests with information about the hotel's facilities and services.
Answer telephone calls and assist with making reservations.
Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately.
Maintain a working knowledge of local attractions and events.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in any field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Adept at handling cash and credit card transactions.
Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations.
Work experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
Fluency in English and Malayalam is required.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
