Attaining enquiry calls and convert lead into walk-in
- Coordinate appointments to show homes to prospective buyers
- Follow up with visited clients
- Coordinate with 2nd Visit for Site visits for proper selection of home as per their
requirement.
- Make negotiations and Close the deals with best rates
- Guide clients for mortgage home loan with various banks for helping their financial
stability
- Payment follow up with booked customers
- Follow up with banks for loan process i.e. for sanction and disbursement
- Maintaining relationship with booked customers for building goodwill of organization
(to built a relationship with customers and getting references from them)
- Report to Managers
 Handle Admin work and maintain data
- Make record of Brokerage details of channel partners
- follow up with management for payment of Channel Partner
- Maintain referential data under Reference Programme Scheme of organization
- Telephonic call and E-mails for Proper co-ordination with clients
- Maintain Weekly MIS Report, Monthly MIS Report
- Maintain disbursement data for claim of particular month

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month
