**Role Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Customer Engagement**: Build strong relationships with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs to offer tailored solutions.
- **Sales Pipeline Management**: Maintain and manage the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and updates in the CRM system.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and field sales teams to optimize sales strategies and campaigns.
- **Product Knowledge**: Stay updated with product offerings and industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
**Qualifications & Skills**
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication in [Insert Relevant Languages, e.g., English, Hindi].
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasive and negotiation skills with a customer-centric approach.
- **Technical Proficiency**: Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office Suite is a plus.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to address customer queries effectively and propose suitable solutions.
- **Self-Motivated**: A driven individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
