**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Executive to promote and sell recruitment solutions. The role involves lead generation, client engagement, and achieving sales targets while building long-term relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Present recruitment portal features and convert leads into paying customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and prepare reports on sales activities.
- Provide market feedback to enhance product offerings.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in recruitment or SaaS.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
