**Key Responsibilities**:

- Handle inbound inquiries and convert leads into qualified prospects.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to offer appropriate solutions/products.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospective clients.
- Schedule meetings and product demos for field sales teams (if applicable).
- Update and manage CRM systems with detailed notes and activity logs.
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Provide timely reports and feedback to sales leadership.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or a similar role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in [industry, e.g., IT services, SaaS, manufacturing, etc.].
- Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM.
- Understanding of the sales funnel and B2B sales processes.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,710.35 - ₹30,000.00 per month
