Yiron Technologies immediate hiring for Inside Sales
- RPA (Robotic Process Automation).

Job Location : IT Park Chandigarh

Mode of Work : Work From Office

Experience required : 4+ yrs

Key Responsibilities:

- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach, cold calling, and targeted research. Collaborate with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our RPA products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential clients’.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive offerings.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits of our RPA solutions.Effectively communicate how our products meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Work closely with the sales team to strategize on account development and sales growth opportunities.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Utilize CRM software to manage and track sales activities leads, and opportunities.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts to the sales management team.
- Quota Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the technology or software industry.
- Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and a strong interest in emerging technologies. Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Technology Proficiency:

- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
