**EXPERIENCE**:

- **4-5**Years of experience in Import Logistics, Import Documentation, Customs Clearance knowledge, advance licensing, Exim documentation & related functions preferably within **IVD/Medical device manufacturing company**

**Job Description-**
- The Import Executive will provide support to the Import manager and assist with the preparation of import documents in compliance with customs and government regulations.
- Assist to obtain all required import permits licenses for all processes
- Coordinate with marketing and sourcing department to establish an efficient IMPORT classification and prepare tariff schedule
- Provide an efficient interface with freight forwarders and administer all freight logistics and provide optimal level of customer services and resolve all shipment issues
- Evaluate all items for import and ensure accuracy in all values and collaborate with customer brokers to provide clearance of all imports and maintain required documents
- Monitor and provide response to all custom inquiries and requests and obtain required product certifications for all import products for custom clearance
- Collaborate with various departments and obtain all certification documents and ensure compliance to all import and export policies and perform regular audits
- Generating job through E -freight, booking provisional cost, making payment request, booking selling cost, Retrieval of ledger, Generating Performa in getting it approved from Authority, creating final invoice.
- Solving queries related to customs, excise & other departmental proactively
- Monitoring of the shipments to ensure compliance of regulations
- Be responsible for other IMPORT documents preparation - all types of certificates
- Cooperate with the warehouse team and third-party logistics operators for shipment preparation

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
