**Your mission**

As an Import Operations Coordinator, you will manage the logistic process at Razor for a defined set of brands / vendors.
- Track all shipments to ensure all documentation is in order for a smooth customs release.
- Coordinate with several stakeholders to collect and analyze documents for accuracy.
- Fast learner when it comes to understanding and contextualizing the regulations set forth by U.S. Customs.
- Upload invoices from vendors within two business days.
- Execute other duties and projects as assigned.

**Your profile**
- A minimum of 1+ years of experience in an operational role
- are biased for action and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment with proactive, hands-on approach and excellent problem-solving abilities
- should be willing to adapt to new systems and processes
- leverage strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with a diverse set of stakeholders
- are proficient in Excel and business fluent in English
