**Job Title**: Personal Assistant (PA)
**Location**: Sector-49 gurugram
**Reports to**: Director

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities1. Schedule and Calendar Management**
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars and scheduling for the executive, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Plan and organize internal and external meetings, ensuring preparation and briefing materials are complete.
- Prioritize and manage multiple requests, resolving scheduling conflicts as they arise.

**2. Communication and Correspondence**
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, reports, and memos.

**3. Travel Arrangements**
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and manage expense reports following trips.
- Proactively resolve any travel-related issues or schedule changes that arise.

**4. Meeting Preparation and Follow-Up**
- Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
- Take accurate minutes and track follow-up actions from meetings.
- Maintain a filing system to organize documents for future reference.

**5. Project Coordination and Support**
- Assist with special projects as needed, providing administrative support and coordinating with other departments.
- Conduct research and prepare reports to inform decision-making.
- Track project milestones and deadlines, ensuring timely completion.

**6. Office and Personal Errands**
- Run personal errands for the executive as required (e.g., picking up supplies, handling deliveries).
- Manage various personal tasks as requested, maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

**7. Confidentiality and Discretion**
- Maintain high standards of confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Act as a trusted liaison between the executive and other employees, ensuring professionalism and discretion.

**Required Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- **Experience**: Minimum [2-5] years in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced or corporate environment.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with scheduling software (e.g., Google Calendar, Calendly).
- **Soft Skills**: Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional time management and attention to detail.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Previous experience supporting C-level executives.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks with efficiency.
