Responsibilities
- 1. Identify, manage and grow a portfolio of strategic partners with the goal of providing talent supply and training/skilling partnerships

3. Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers

4. Actively gather interview feedback and provide insights and actionable recommendations to the relevant internal teams

7. Measure and track student performance in the interview preparation phase.
Strategize and innovate ways to increase student participation and engagement in all placement preparation initiatives.

8. Handle all student queries pertaining to placements

Requirement
1. 2+ year of experience as placement officer
2. Strong customer service skills
3. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong relationships with leaders in various functions such as human resources, recruitment

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Deccan, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (required)
