**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**Job responsibilities**
- Assist in the improvement of operational stability and availability through participation in problem management
- Assist in monitoring production environments for anomalies and address issues using standard observability tools
- Identify and document basic issues and potential solutions for business and technology stakeholders

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 1+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Experience in at least one of the test automation tools. (e.g. Java, UI Path, Selenium, Smartspec, VB Script, Python etc)
- Must have Banking domain experience.

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Exposure to one or more general-purpose programming languages or automation scripting. ISTQB Certification. Experience of test co-ordination in a user acceptance test environment
- Exposure to Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. Working knowledge of tools like ALM/Quality Center, JIRA or defect management and test support tools / QTP will be an added advantage.Any of the skills of the future like Tableau, Alteryx, UI Path etc.
- Preferred Liquidity domain knowledge.
