**JOB DESCRIPTION**
Join a dynamic team shaping the tech backbone of our operations, where your expertise fuels seamless system functionality and innovation.

**Job responsibilities**
- Improve operational stability and availability through participation in problem management
- Monitor production environments for anomalies and address issues utilizing standard observability tools
- Assist in the escalation and communication of issues and solutions to the business and technology stakeholders

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise troubleshooting, resolving, and maintaining information technology services
- Advanced knowledge in infrastructure projects, operations systems, and data analytics
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: AWS/Azure/google cloud offering or any of legacy technology like stratus and/or Tandem
- Proficient in any of distributed technology: Java/Unix/ SQL/Oracle
- Knowledge of any of scheduling tool for ex. Autosys/control M
- Understanding of ITIL principles, technology offerings and businesses supported
- Good knowledge of Unix OS with the ability to carry out root cause analysis

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Knowledge of one or more general purpose programming languages or automation scripting
