This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
MS Production Management
Merchant Services Production Management

BS/BA degree or 3+ year of equivalent experience
Proficiency in one or more of the following: AWS/Azure/google cloud offering or any of legacy technology like stratus and/or Tandem
Proficient in any of distributed technology: Java/Unix/ SQL/Oracle
Knowledge of any of scheduling tool for ex. Autosys/control M
Understanding of ITIL principles
Ability to identify problems, troubleshoot, and deliver strategic solutions to clients
Genuine interest in continuous feedback, learning, and growth opportunities
Effective collaboration and communication to achieve common goals and maintain a company standard of excellence
Good knowledge of Unix OS with the ability to carry out root cause analysis
Knowledge of Payment system processes is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
