**Primary Functions**
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of content related products and features, from the idea stage to launch. Work with internal teams to support the creation of products and features that fill gaps and increase customer engagement.
- **Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Liaise with Senior Product team to support roadmap deliverables, client requests and research to expand product growth.
- Create user stories as needed and assist development team in story grooming
- Assist scrum master in managing sprint workload
- Provide input to product roadmaps based on knowledge of scope of ongoing development.
- Collate feedback from survey systems and analyze for future improvement projects
- Maintain content for information and enablement pages in company’s intranet

**Education**
- BA/BS degree in learning design or management, business, or similar.
- **Experience**
- 2-3 years of experience working directly on Product Development, preferably in data analytics products
- Experience in Agile development processes

**Big plus**
- Familiarity with SaaS product design, development, and launch
- Familiarity with employee-centric assessment and learning products
- Experience with Agile Product Owner role

**Skills**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced PowerPoint, Excel skills
- Fluent in technical processes and the ability to translate these processes with non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to communicate ideas through mockups
- Ability to work collaboratively with design, operations, and development teams.
- Knowledge of product management tools (i.e., ProductBoard, Leankit, Jira and Trello)
- Well organized and able to plan and execute projects in a structured manner.
