**Product Owner**

**Description**

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients and internal resources to document requirements and create design specifications.
- Handles business requirements and supplements with analysis of the data.
- Gather needs from stakeholders and implement them into the project scope.
- Transform needs and requests into backlog items with defined acceptance criteria for the development team.
- Support a subset of the product (1 module).
- Spend time building domain knowledge.
- Communicate between engineering and business teams, ensuring optimal productivity and efficiency of the software.

**Requirements**:

- BS degree in engineering, computer science, accounting, finance, MIS or related fields.
- Understands Agile SDLC processes.
- 1+ years of product owner experience, preferably in the energy industry.
- Experience working on cross-functional teams.
- Ability to solve problems in a creative and timely manner.
- 1+ years of experience supporting, designing, or using energy software.
- Understands the business model at a basic level.
- Advanced critical thinking skills.
- Ability to solve problems in a creative and timely manner.
- Comfort working within agile-waterfall hybrid development methodologies.
- Highly adaptable, capable of learning new technologies.
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite or similar alternatives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A drive to continue learning, specifically about the energy business and W Energy Software.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred**
- Experience with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database exposure.

**Working Hours**
- This profile is not for permanent Night Shift but rotational shift will be there which will include night and morning shift apart from normal day shift.

**Job Location**:
It’s work from home currently.
