Whom do We Need?
We seek a Product Owner to drive strategic input for AI/ML platform evolution, vendor assessments, and scaling capabilities, collaborating with stakeholders to integrate assets into the enterprise analytics ecosystem.
Roles & Responsibilities
Partner with leaders within the AI & Data Science Industrialization team to define the roadmap and drive impact through strategic and technical input (e.g., platform evolution, vendor scan, new capability development).
Communicate the value of industrialized AI/ML assets to end-user functions (e.g., Chief Marketing Office, Commercial, and Medical Affairs), and collaborate on designing and implementing scalable assets across markets, brands, and therapeutic areas (TAs).
Collaborate with the Data team to integrate industrialized assets into enterprise-level analytics data products.
Work closely with the Platforms team for continuous development and end-to-end integration of OOB platforms and internal engineered components (e.g., API registry, ML library/workflow management, enterprise connectors, GenAI reusable components).
Lead the development of scalable "industrialized" AI and data science capabilities.
Own and maintain a holistic roadmap for industrialized asset products, aligning with the broader organizational strategy.
Contribute to the development of product and service roadmaps for Generative AI products, serving as product owner for projects to mature offerings across the enterprise.
Act as the product owner on agile development teams, ensuring maximum value and impact of industrialized asset products.
Develop and maintain business-facing documentation (e.g., value proposition, product Catalog, adoption metrics) for industrialized asset products.
Drive adoption of industrialized AI/ML products through enterprise-wide user community engagement (e.g., roadshows, training sessions, knowledge sharing).
Define, monitor, and measure product success and value metrics.
Ensure seamless integration of industrialized asset products into the broader data science, analytics, and AI ecosystem.
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
7+ years of work experience in data science, analytics, engineering, or product management.
2-3 years of hands-on experience in product management.
2+ years of hands-on software development experience, preferably in Machine Learning (ML) or adjacent projects.
Proven track record of managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills, capable of influencing without direct authority.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to break down complex initiatives and monitor progress.
Experience translating business priorities into product/platform strategies, while providing functional and technical guidance.
Expertise in working with diverse data types (structured/unstructured), software development, and design principles (e.g., Python, PySpark, SQL, industrialized ETL software).
Deep understanding of data science phases (e.g., Data Engineering, EDA, Machine Learning, MLOps).
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Nice to have Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Nice to have working in Agile teams.
