**Role Overview Description**

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in the development and enhancement of the platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our global customer base. Based in India, you will work closely with our engineering teams in India and Australia, as well as cross-functional teams across the business, to deliver a world-class product that redefines industry standards. **In this role, you will get to**:

- **Define Product Vision**: Work with stakeholders to develop and maintain a product vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals and customer needs. Translate this vision into a clear, actionable product backlog.
- **Prioritize Backlog**:Prioritize and manage the product backlog to ensure that the most valuable features and improvements are delivered to our customers. Balance business needs with technical feasibility and market demands.
- **Collaborate with Teams**: Work closely with engineering teams in India, Vietnam and Australia to translate product requirements into detailed user stories and technical specifications. Ensure alignment and clear communication across all teams.
- **Engage with Customers**: Conduct user research, usability testing, and customer interviews to gather insights and feedback. Use this information to drive product decisions and enhancements that improve user experience and engagement.
- **Ensure Agile Delivery**: Lead agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Ensure the team follows agile best practices to deliver high-quality, timely product increments. Actively manage and prioritize bug triage to maintain platform stability and performance
- **Quality Assurance Involvement**: Be hands-on in the quality assurance process, including defining acceptance criteria, performing user acceptance testing, and ensuring that deliverables meet the highest quality standards.

**We’re looking for people who have**:

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in a technology company, preferably in B2B SaaS or startups.
- Proven track record of delivering successful software products from ideation to launch.
- Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with user research and usability testing to inform product decisions.
- Exceptional English language communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience in triaging bugs, maintaining platform performance, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- A proactive mindset and a love of learning.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification preferred.
- Experience successfully working with international teams (i.e. Australia) a big advantage.
