JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Defining the vision for a product feature through consultation with customers, and external and internal collaborators.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including business leaders and development teams, to gather and prioritize requirements.
- Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical feasibility.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to drive product improvements.
- Monitor key product performance metrics and implement enhancements based on insights.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related queries and decisions.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
- Experience in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
- Experience in product management Tools like Jira, Trello.
- Familiarity with UI/UX best practices and customer experience optimization.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
- Certified Product Manager (CPM), Certified Product Owner (CPO), Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or any equivalent certification will be a plus.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
