**Key Responsibilities**:
l Return Processing Time:Manage the end-to-end return process, including receiving, inspecting, and updating the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and tracking spreadsheets.

l Inventory Accuracy and Updates:Ensure accurate updates of product prices and quantities in the system after returns are processed.

l Order Processing and Shipment Tracking:Oversee order processing and ensure shipments are tracked without errors or delays.

l Resolution of 3PL Issues:Collaborate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to quickly resolve issues such as unshipped or short-shipped orders.

l Product Relisting Rate:Ensure returned products are inspected and relisted for sale as quickly as possible to minimize revenue loss.

l Customer Satisfaction:Address return-related customer inquiries and complaints, aiming to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

l Adherence to SLA:Ensure compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) related to return handling, stock updates, and order processing.

**Qualification**: - Any Graduate passed with relevant experience (Min 1 year).

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
