Banking Facilitator Trainer

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct interactive training sessions on banking fundamentals, financial inclusion programs, and banking procedures.
- Train participants on digital banking platforms (UPI, mobile banking, internet banking, AEPS, micro-ATMs, etc.).
- Create and deliver content on government financial inclusion schemes (PMJDY, PMJJBY, PMSBY, APY, Mudra Loans, etc.).
- Educate participants on KYC, account types, deposits, withdrawals, loans, interest rates, and credit scores.
- Facilitate workshops on financial planning, savings habits, budgeting, and responsible borrowing.
- Guide participants in understanding fraud prevention, cyber-security, and safe digital transactions.
- Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, case studies, and assessments.
- Conduct needs assessments and customize training content based on audience demographics.
- Monitor learner progress and perform periodic evaluation to measure learning outcomes.
- Maintain training records, feedback, attendance, and reporting documentation.
- Collaborate with banks, community organizations, and government bodies for training delivery.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
