Master Trainer

To design, deliver, monitor, and continuously improve training programs. To build the capacity of trainers/facilitators, ensure training quality, align training content with organizational and industry needs, and contribute to better performance, learning outcomes, or productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop training content, curricula, modules, and instructional materials tailored to target audience(s).
- Lead the design and delivery of training sessions (classroom, virtual, on‐the‐job), using interactive, participative, experiential learning methods.
- Mentor, coach, and upskill a team of trainers / facilitators; ensure consistency & high‐quality delivery across trainers.
- Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNAs) to identify skill gaps and adjust training programs accordingly.
- Monitor & evaluate training effectiveness; gather feedback from participants, analyze learning outcomes, and refine content and methods.
- Ensure that training is aligned with relevant industry standards / organizational goals / compliance requirements.
- Maintain training documentation - schedules, records, attendance, training evaluations, reports.
- Manage logistics for training programs - scheduling, venues, materials, technology, etc.
- Where relevant: travel to training locations / field sites, supervise field‐based trainers, conduct site audits.
- Continue professional development: stay up‐to‐date with learning methodologies, tools, technologies & best practices.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Engineering, or relevant field. Master’s preferred, depending on level.
- Experience: Minimum X years (often 3‐7 years) in training / learning & development, with exposure to designing and delivering training. At least some experience with leadership/mentoring of trainers.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Strong facilitation skills, ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Proficiency with training tools & technologies (e.g. LMS, virtual platforms, e‐learning tools).
- Good planning, organizational skills & ability to manage multiple training projects.
- Analytical mindset - able to interpret evaluation data and adjust training accordingly.
- Soft skills: Leadership, interpersonal skills, patience, adaptability, problem solving.
- Computer literacy: MS Office, possibly specialized tools (video editing, content development, etc.).
Pay: ₹11,125.59 - ₹35,632.69 per month
