A hospitality trainer's responsibilities include designing, delivering, and assessing training programs for hospitality professionals. Some of their duties include:

- **Developing training programs**: Conduct needs analyses, set learning objectives, and create course materials.
- **Conducting training sessions**: Facilitate interactive training sessions and use various teaching methods.
- **Evaluating training outcomes**: Monitor clients' progress and adjust goals and schedules.
- **Creating training materials**: Develop and update training manuals, visual aids, and other training materials.
- **Researching new training techniques**: Research and implement new training techniques, exercises, and educational technologies.
- **Providing guidance**: Provide guidance on how to operate when specific events occur.
- **Analyzing customer operations**: Analyze customer operations and consult on best practices.
- **Leading continuing education training sessions**: Lead continuing education training sessions for employees about food, services, behaviour & personality development.

Some skills and qualities that are often sought in hospitality trainers include: a strong background in the hospitality industry,Pleasant &, disciplinary personality ,excellent communication skills, a passion for nurturing talent, organization skills, and effective leadership.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
