**Job Overview**:
As a Job Trainee in the Learning and Development Department of our hotel, your primary responsibilities will include:
**Orientation and Onboarding**: Assisting with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they are introduced to our hotel's culture, policies, and procedures.

**Training Program Support**: Collaborating with the Learning and Development team to create, update, and deliver training materials and modules for various departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and more.

**Training Sessions**: Coordinating and facilitating training sessions for staff, both in-person and virtually, and ensuring that training schedules are maintained.

**Feedback Collection**: Gathering feedback from trainees and trainers to continuously improve training programs and materials.

**Documentation**: Maintaining accurate records of training activities, attendance, and completion, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

**Learning Technology**: Familiarizing yourself with learning management systems and assisting with the management of e-learning platforms.

**Professional Development**: Participating in your own professional development by attending training sessions and workshops related to your role.

**Qualifications**:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

- A digree in Hotel Manangement or HR
- A passion for helping others learn and grow.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
- Adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a willingness to learn about different hotel operations.
