**Job Summary**:
The Training Executive is responsible for organizing, facilitating, and evaluating training programs within the organization. This role involves ensuring that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively, thereby contributing to the company's overall success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Training Needs Assessment**:

- Conduct regular training needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand specific training requirements.
- **Program Development**:

- Design and develop training programs and materials that are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Customize training content to meet the specific needs of different departments and roles.
- **Training Delivery**:

- Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
- Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
- Coordinate with external trainers and consultants when necessary.
- **Evaluation and Feedback**:

- Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Implement improvements to training programs based on feedback and evaluation results.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of employee training, including attendance, progress, and completion.
- Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and certifications.
- **Employee Development**:

- Support employee development initiatives such as mentoring, coaching, and leadership programs.
- Assist in creating individual development plans for employees in coordination with their managers.
- **Reporting**:

- Prepare and present reports on training activities, outcomes, and ROI to the management.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future training initiatives.
- **Administration**:

- Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and material distribution.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a training or learning and development role, preferably in a hospitality or service industry.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in training software and tools.
- Ability to assess training needs and develop effective training programs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of current trends and best practices in training and development.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in a five-star hotel or resort environment.
- Certification in Training and Development or related fields.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and online training delivery.
