**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and deliver training modules on soft skills including communication, presentation, body language, group discussion, personal grooming, interview techniques, and workplace etiquette.
- Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and resume-building workshops.
- Assess student performance through evaluations, role-plays, and feedback sessions.
- Coordinate with academic departments to schedule training sessions aligned with placement drives.
- Customize training plans based on student needs, academic levels, and industry expectations.
- Maintain training records, feedback logs, and generate progress reports for student batches.
- Collaborate with industry professionals, alumni, and recruiters to align content with real-world requirements.
- Contribute to organizing career counseling sessions and pre-placement preparation programs.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory); Master’s degree in English, Psychology, HR, or a related field (preferred).
- Certification or training in soft skills, communication, or behavioral skills is an advantage.
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience as a soft skills or communication trainer, preferably in an academic setup.
- Excellent command over English language and strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to connect with students and adapt content delivery to diverse learning styles.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with placement teams and departments.
