Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Trainer located in Jaipur. The Corporate Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for employees, assessing training needs, creating instructional materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives. They will work closely with departmental managers to ensure employees acquire the necessary skills and knowledge to meet organizational goals. Additionally, the Corporate Trainer will facilitate workshops, provide coaching and mentorship, and stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Training and Development, and conducting needs assessments
  • Skills in creating and delivering instructional materials and programs
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using training software and tools
  • Ability to work closely with departmental managers and teams
  • Relevant certification in training or instructional design is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
