Position:
DSA Trainer (C++/Java)

Experience Required:
Minimum 2 years in DSA training or mentorship

Location:
Jaipur

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver structured training sessions on Data Structures & Algorithms using C++ and Java
• Prepare students for coding platforms (CodeChef, LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, etc.)
• Design problem sets, assignments, projects, and mock tests
• Conduct mock coding interviews for MNC placement readiness
• Provide personalized mentorship and feedback to improve problem-solving skills
• Stay updated with competitive programming trends and techniques
• Collaborate with the team to enhance training content and placement outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in training/mentoring DSA & competitive programming
• Proficiency in C++ and Java with strong algorithmic knowledge
• 3★+ rating on CodeChef (or equivalent on other platforms)
• 1000+ problems solved across platforms (LeetCode, Codeforces, HackerRank, etc.)
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Proven record of preparing students for technical interviews at top-tier companies
