Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Trainer located in Jaipur. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales training sessions, developing training materials, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. They will also facilitate workshops, seminars, and webinars to enhance the sales skills of individuals and teams. Additionally, the Sales Trainer will provide ongoing support and feedback to trainees to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Sales Training and Training & Development skills
  • Strong Presentation and Communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging training materials
  • Proven ability to evaluate and improve training programs
  • Experience in a corporate training environment is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field
