Job Title: Sales Trainer

Location: C scheme , Jaipur

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year as a Sales Trainer

Salary: up to 4.5 LPA

Job Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for equipping the sales team with the necessary skills to enhance performance, handle customer escalations effectively, and deliver impactful sales pitches. This role is crucial in ensuring the team is aligned with company standards and delivers exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct induction programs for new hires covering company overview, policies, and sales processes.
  • Design and deliver sales pitch training sessions to improve communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Provide specialized training on handling escalation calls, ensuring customer satisfaction and conflict resolution.
  • Develop customized training modules for product knowledge, objection handling, and client relationship management.
  • Regularly monitor sales calls, identify skill gaps, and provide constructive feedback.
  • Collaborate with sales managers to assess training needs and develop effective training strategies.
  • Track training effectiveness through performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct refresher sessions, role-plays, and workshops to enhance team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in sales training, customer service training, or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in sales pitch development and escalation call handling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable training.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30, ₹35,000.00 per month
